How do I claim my reward?

To qualify for this promotion, simply pre-order one of our Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 devices from a Participating Retailer between 5th August and 20th August 2020.

Once you receive your new phone, submit your claim by no later than 4th October 2020. You'll just need to register or log in, and provide a few details about your purchase. You'll also be asked to select which reward you'd like to receive during the claim form- either the Xbox Gaming Pack or a Samsung Book Cover.

After you have made your claim, we'll send you an email within 7 days to let you know if this has been successfully validated or if anything further is needed.

Once your claim has been successfully validated, we'll dispatch your chosen reward to you within 45 days.

We will email you to confirm once your reward is being dispatched. You can also check how your claim's progressing any time you like using our Track My Claim page.

How do I register an account?

You'll be asked to register an account the first time you submit a claim. When you register your account, you'll be asked to provide us with your email address, a few personal details and a password.

You'll be prompted to log in when you start a new claim. Remember to make a note of your password and email address, as you'll need them to log in to your account.


I've forgotten my account's password. What should I do?

Forgotten your account's password? Don't worry. Simply click Reset password then enter your email address into the text box and click Submit. We'll then send you an email with details on how to reset your password.


What can I claim as part of this promotion?

When submitting your claim, you'll also be asked to select which reward you'd like to receive: either a Samsung Book Cover or an Xbox Gaming Pack.

  • Samsung Book Cover: Tab S7+ claims will receive a black Samsung P+ Book Cover (EF-BT970PBEGEU), whilst Tab S7 claims will receive a black Samsung P Book Cover (EF-BT870PBEGEU)
  • Xbox Gaming Pack: receive both a 3-Month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and MOGA XP5-X+ Game Controller

What is the claim window for this promotion?

Once you have received your Galaxy Tab S7, make sure to submit your claim by no later than 4th October 2020 to be eligible for this promotion.


How many times can I claim?

Claims are limited to 1 per person and 4 per household, while businesses can claim up to 250 rewards.


Which Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 devices are eligible for this promotion?

You can claim a reward so long as you have pre-ordered one of the following Samsung Galaxy tablets:

  • Samsung Galaxy Tab S7
  • Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+

Unfortunately, if your product isn't listed here, you won't be able to claim.

Why can't I select my pre-order date when submitting a claim?

To enter this promotion, you'll need to have pre-ordered your Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 between 5th and 20th August 2020.

Unfortunately, if you ordered your device on or after 21st August you won't be eligible to make a claim under this promotion.


What can I use as my proof of pre-order and what should it show?

Any formal documentation from your Participating Retailer may be used as your proof of pre-order, as long as this clearly shows the following information:

  • Model pre-ordered
  • Retailer name/logo
  • Date of pre-order

How do I upload my proof of pre-order?

You'll be asked to upload a copy of your proof of pre-order when submitting your claim. How you do this depends on the type of proof of pre-order you want to upload.

Physical proof of pre-order

First, let's look at how to upload physical receipts and delivery notes. How you upload these depends on what type of device you're using to make your claim:

I'm using a Windows PC or Mac

If you have a scanner, you can simply scan your receipt or delivery note and upload it straight to your claim form.

If you don't have a scanner, simply take a picture using your mobile phone, tablet or digital camera - or use a scanner app. When taking your picture, make sure the following information is clearly visible:

  • Model pre-ordered
  • Retailer name/logo
  • Date of pre-order

You can then transfer the image to your PC or Mac. If you need some help transferring your image, choose the option that best applies to you from the options below:

Alternatively, you can email the images to yourself and download from there.

I'm using a phone or tablet

If you are claiming on your tablet or phone, you can take a picture of your receipt or invoice using that device and upload the image straight from your picture library.

Digital proof of pre-order

If your proof of pre-order has been sent as an email, simply screenshot your invoice or order confirmation email, making sure you capture all the necessary information. You can see what information is needed in the What can I use as my proof of pre-order and what should it show? FAQ above.

Alternatively, you can save the entire email as a PDF. You can usually do this by selecting Print then Save as PDF. You can then upload the PDF file to your claim.

Sometimes, invoices are attached to emails as PDF files; in this case, simply download the invoice and upload it to the form.

Uploading your proof of pre-order

To upload your proof of pre-order, click Choose file then simply find and select the image or PDF file you'd like to upload. If you'd like to upload more than one file, you'll just need to repeat this process.

If you have selected the wrong file by accident, you can remove it using the delete button (indicated by the bin icon).

Once all your files have been uploaded, click Next.


The picture of my proof of pre-order is too large to upload. What should I do?

If you've had a notification saying your picture file is too large, you'll need to resize it. You can do this in one of the following ways:

If you're using a Windows PC

  1. Open the picture in the Windows Photo app. This should happen automatically when you double click it.
  2. Click the three dots at the top-right of the window.
  3. Select Resize.
  4. Select M Best for emails and messages.
  5. Give the file a name you'll remember and click Save.

You should now be able to upload this new file with no problems.

If you're using a Mac

You can find all you need to know under Resize, rotate or flip an image in Preview on Mac.

When you've completed the steps, try uploading again.

If you're using an Android device

  1. Open your Android's camera.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Set your Picture quality settings to Standard.
  4. Take the picture of your proof of pre-order again.

Now you should be able to upload this new picture with no problems. If you're still getting an error, try setting your Picture quality to Low.

If you're using an iPhone or iPad

  1. Tap the Photos app.
  2. Find the picture of your proof of pre-order.
  3. Tap Edit.
  4. Tap the crop button in the bottom-left corner.
  5. Tap the white square button in the bottom-right corner.
  6. Choose the size you'd like to crop your picture to.

When you've done this, try uploading it again. If you're still getting an error, follow the steps again and choose a smaller size.


I've just submitted a claim. What happens next?

When you submit a claim, we'll send you a confirmation email to let you know we've received it. We'll then check to make sure you've provided all the information needed to start processing your reward.

If your claim meets the Terms & Conditions of the promotion, we'll validate your claim within 7 days. You'll then receive your chosen reward within 45 days of receiving your validation email.

Your reward will be sent to whichever address you provided when submitting your claim.

How do I check the status of my claim?

You can get an update on the progress of your claim any time you like on our website. Simply visit the Track My Claim page and enter your Claim ID and email address.


How do I find my Claim ID?

You'll be given your Claim ID on the confirmation screen just after you submit your claim.

Don't worry if you missed it; we also put your Claim ID in all the emails we send you about your claim. If you're having trouble finding your emails, check your junk folder.


I haven't heard from you in a while. What should I do?

Don't worry, we haven't forgotten about you. So long as you've received a validation email, you can rest assured that we're getting your reward ready as quickly as we can.

We aim to send your reward within 45 days from the date you received your validation email.

If you haven't received a validation email, check your junk or spam folder. Alternatively, you can visit the Track My Claim page where you can get a live update on your claim.

As soon as your reward has been sent, we'll let you know by email.


You've sent me an email asking for missing information. What should I do?

You'll need to send us the missing information before we can start progressing with your claim. We'll let you know what we need in your email. To do this, visit the Track My Claim page and follow the instructions provided.

Here are a few common reasons why you might receive this email:

We couldn't read your proof of pre-order

We might not have been able to read your proof of pre-order because the image you sent was blurry or too dark. You'll just need to retake the picture of your proof of pre-order and upload it again.

The proof of pre-order was missing information

The copy of the proof of pre-order you sent might not have shown key information.

You'll just need to resend your proof of pre-order, but make sure all the key information can be clearly seen:

  • Model pre-ordered
  • Retailer name/logo
  • Date of pre-order

We received the wrong document

The document you uploaded might not have been an acceptable proof of pre-order. Make sure the document you upload shows your pre-order date, the model of Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 your ordered and the retailer name or logo. This can be an invoice, online order confirmation, till receipt or even phone contract, as long as it shows the model, retailer and pre-order date.

Check the serial number

The serial number you entered on the claim form might have been incorrect. If so, you'll just need to send us the correct one before we can process your claim.

What next?

Once you've sent us your missing information, we'll update you within the next 7 days.


When will I get my reward?

We will send your reward within 45 days of validating your claim. As soon as your reward is being dispatched, we'll notify you by email.

Why can't I submit a claim?

To take part in this promotion, you need to have pre-ordered your eligible Samsung Tab S7 from a participating retailer between 5th August 2020 and 20th August 2020. You then need to ensure you submit your claim by no later than 4th October 2020.


Where can I find my serial number?

You can find your Samsung Galaxy Tab S7's serial number in the device's Settings or printed on the back of your tablet.

I received an email saying my reward has been sent. Where is it?

This means your reward has been dispatched and is on its way to you. However, you may just need to wait a few days for it to reach you. The courier handling delivery should be in contact with tracking details.

For an update about when you might expect to receive your reward, please contact the courier directly.


Why has my claim been rejected?

Most likely, your claim has been rejected because you're not eligible for this promotion.

To be able to take part in this promotion, you need to have pre-ordered an eligible Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 from a Participating Retailer between 5th August 2020 and 20th August 2020.
